Wings and a Wand

2/15/23 – Today was my mid-year check-in on my goals at work with my adminstrator. I was excited to share some of my work with her and how I want to make some of it apart of my goals to finish out the year. Then, once I have my Implementation Timeline ready, I plan to make my innovation proposal apart of my goals for next year in our district’s work in the area of Personalized Learning
