Wings and a Wand

3/3/23 – I communicate regularly with my core group in my courses sharing thoughts, ideas, feedforward on our assignments, etc. I also share my learning with my fellow instructional coaches on my campus and with my district Emergent Bilingual coaches. I had visited earlier with my principal about some of my learning and how I wanted to continue deeper into Blended/Personalized Learning as we move into the next school year. Today, I visited with my district coordinator, who is supportive of my learning and its potential impact on other campuses. We took time today to map out the feeder campuses for my pilot and the feeder campuses for the other EB coaches.
