Wings and a Wand

3/29/23 – It was exciting to have the opportunity to engage in a Growth Mindset discussion with my teachers today during Professional Learning in Data Digs to impact instruction over the next month. I get to have this same discussion with half of the faculty over the next two weeks! I love how this motivates them to encourage their students to look at growth, put forth the effort, and have the GRIT to stay focused on the learning.
