I am also a member of a Lamar learning community of fellow students in Applied Digital Learning in which we collaborate in the work of our classes to support each other with new ideas, forms of presentation, editing, revising, reflecting on our learning and offering a lot of feedforward to encourage us in the hard work.

In addition, I am a member of a campus PLC of instructional leadership and a district PLC of EB Instructional Coaches.   Each of these learning communicates allows me to collaborate on best practices in teaching, coaching teachers, and supporting EB students.  We also complete book studies on areas of professional growth and attend professional learning together.  This has grown my leadership skills, my understanding of how children learn, and stronger methods for problem solving, looking at data, and looking at student work.
