10/08/23- Here is my Action Research Design page that supports other educators in their work with Emergent Bilinguals in a Blended Learning Environment.

My design plan began with an outline: Action Research Outline.

Then, I compiled various pieces of literature into a comprehensive Literature Review of books, periodicals, journals, websites, and articles that support Blended/Personalized Learning as an optimal learning environment for Emergent Bilingual students along with research that demonstrates how to assess the instructional practices inside this learning environment for effectiveness.

Finally, I drafted my Action Resesarch Plan that will measure the effectiveness of my Innovation Plan. Presently, this work has me in Stage 1 – The Planning stage of Action Research. My Plan includes the following timeline:

• Implementation – October 2023
• Collect & analyze the data – October through November 2023
• Develop the action plan – mid-November 2023
• Share and communicate your results – December 2, 2023
• Reflect on the process – December 7, 2023

Throughout this work in my course, I have continually collaborated with others either in my core collaboration group, among my fellow classmates, or among other Ed Tech students. I share this in my blog post for my Contribution to Learning Reflection for 5315. My blogs also feed into my home page at angeldesch.com for my ePortfolio where I love to share what I am learning in my coursework along with how the work on this degree is growing me as an education professional.
