Welcome to my work in Applied Digital Learning! I hope you find the information insightful.

At the top of my website, there are links to all of my latest learning along with some future endeavors in my ePortfolio. First, there is my Innovation Plan/Project for my campus and my district in Blended Learning for Emergent Bilingual Instructional Coaches, ESL Teachers, and Emergent Bilingual students. This has several components: my Innovation Proposal, my Literature Review, my Implementation Outline, and my Action Research Plan.

Next to these, I showcase my learning in my coursework that started with CSLE + COVA & Learner’s Mindset where you will also find my thoughts on Growth Mindset. In this section, I share my personal story in Blended/Personalized Learning on my Publication page that is also apart of my Instructional Course Design.

Then you will also see my thoughts and plans for Leading Organizational Change by Influencing Change and 4DX Strategy.

My blog page will show my collaboration and thought process over time as I learned by doing the work. In this area, you will find my Learning Philosophy (along with Learning Manifesto).

You can get to know a bit about me on my bio page as a creator of Wings and a Wand which started with a nickname on my campus. There is also my Annotated Bibliography with items I have read and have on my list to read.
